Send us your guest list, their addresses, who attended and who couldn’t make it, what gift they gave you and any additional information. We will individually customize each card to thank the guest for what they gave you.
You can either send us a finished message you have drafted or work with one of our project managers to create a message from scratch. You can use different messages for guests who attended and those who weren’t able to attend and thank them personally for the gift they gave you.
Your total hands-off solution includes custom stationary that you can create. Send us a photo from your wedding to use on the card or choose a different style that you like.
After you approve the handwritten message and we receive your custom stationery our team of hand writers will start working on your campaign. Our turn around time ranges from 24 hours to 2 weeks depending on volume, message length and additional requirements.
Our writers will carefully write each address and message by hand here in Toronto. With six quality control checkpoints, we guarantee the accuracy and quality of every single letter and card, and make sure your campaign goes out exactly as you ordered. Once we have completed your cards we will send you a link to a private DropBox folder where you can view every single one of your cards. Once you give us the OK, we will ship out your cards.
Once our writing team has completed production, and you have given us the OK, we will ship the cards to your guest list via Canada Post. We can send them out at once, or schedule them to be shipped at a specific date.
